It's been awhile since my last BLOG post. So many things over this last year - for all of us. The good news is, the chocolate industry has survived! Fortunately, the Cowgirl Chocolates Company ordered enough chocolate truffles and bars to get us through 2020. The shop was closed for a little more than 7 months. But, we were able to open in time for Christmas 2020, and, thanks to all of you, we had a very busy Christmas, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Mother's Day and we are looking forward to a busy Father's Day.

To all of our loyal Cowgirl Chocolates Customers, Wholesalers, and to all of our New Customers - we owe you a HUGE, and I mean HUGE, Thank You! I had considered closing shop on several occasions, but you all' kept me going with your support and kindness. I am looking forward to a phenomenal 2021 season!

With Summer comes a time for us to 'mellow out' a bit, or so to speak. I use the hot season to get back in the kitchen and work on new goodies and new packaging to offer for the busy, end of the year, season. Some of the new products in the works are 5 new Cocoa blends. The Hot Chocolate has always been a favorite for Cowgirl Chocolates customers. We lost our supplier a while back, but I am not ready to close down that product line, so I will be formulating some new blends. I have had the recipes in my head for over a year now - it will be fun putting the blends together! I hope you all will give them a shot!

We added 2 new Bar Flavors last year just before the lock downs hit. White Chocolate and lavender and Milk Chocolate with Almonds. Bot have been well received and are finding new fans. We are working with our main truffle makers to try and bring in some new truffle flavors to add to our popular line up . we are also going to be adding new a Bark collection - both spicy and mild, some Daisy's, and hopefully new caramel flavors and Fudge!

We now have some excellent Vegan selections in the shop and are building our Sugar-free selections as we find new - and tasty choices.

For those who have been waiting for the Teas to show up on the shelf, they are coming!! I just ordered a bunch of new selections, have settled on most of the packaging, and now just need to get to it! The Summertime will give me more time to get everything packaged and out on the shelves. For those who have visited the shop, you may have noticed a bit of chaos in the packaging department. Changes are coming...... We realized we just don't have enough room in our current shop space so we will be be reorganizing and moving the shop into the back and creating a Tea Room section. This has been a long time in planning so we are very excited about it. We appreciate your patience as we expand.

The new, revised Tea Website www.9livestea.com - has launched! Halleluiah! We hope you enjoy your shopping experience there. Please let me know if there are any problems. There still might be a couple of bugs, but so far, everything has been working smoothly.
