Cowgirl Of The Month: Celeste Shaw

Our Cowgirl of this Month is Celeste Shaw who leads an
exciting life… a wife, mother, and critical care nurse who
has established an orphanage and worked with orphan
children in Romania, and who also is the owner of Chaps
Coffee House on the south edge of Spokane. More and
more people are discovering the western and antique decor,
the kicked back ambience, and the fine breakfasts and
lunches together with the warm hospitality that she provides.

Celeste was brought up in Montana, and learned from the
welcoming generosity of her farm grandmother (who was
a former Cowgirl of the Month) and takes pride in continuing
that tradition of hospitality.
